As soon as your company
chooses to adopt The Rossiter System, you have access to several training
options. Your decision will depend on several factors: the size of your
company, the depth of your MSD problems, computer/Internet access and
timing.
> You can choose to
have training done in-house, at your facility, by a Rossiter & Associates
representative, or you can sign up for a Workshop. Regardless of which option you
choose, we're available to help out wherever you need it.
In-House
Training
If you choose on-site training, we will come to your facility and
train the employee "Coaches" you have selected. The number of Coaches
and length of the session depends on your specific needs and the size
of your company. An average training session, usually involves (4-8) Coaches,
over the course of three 8-hour days. When training is finished, you will
have "Certified Rossiter Coaches" -- Coaches employed by you who will
be responsible for your "IN-HOUSE" Rossiter System. We get you started and make sure your program runs
right, right from the beginning.
Most
companies choose to offer The Rossiter System on an "as-needed" basis,
allowing employees to schedule time for a "Rossiter Workout" when they
need one. A typical Workout takes 20-30 minutes.
It's up to you how many Workouts are done and how much time is dedicated
to the program.
Training
also gives you access to the database associated with this Web site, with
ongoing training, videos and instructions on each of the techniques, record-keeping
for costs, injuries, time spent on workouts, cost saving and more.
If you want, "Rossiter
Stretching Stations" can be placed strategically throughout your facility,
allowing employees to select and customize self-stretching programs for
themselves. A grouping of 24 to 48 cards (from a selection of over 50
Techniques) will be placed in a plexiglas literature dispenser from which
the employees may choose. Once a selection of stretches has been made,
the contents can be placed in a two-ring easel pad for them to take with
them. These stations can be oriented in a number of ways to suit the specific
needs of each department -- the choice is yours!
Workshop
training
Your company can train its Coaches and implement the Rossiter
System from a Workshop. You can also purchase on line support.
Support includes information
on how to set up a program, how to select Coaches, training on how to
do the techniques (with accompanying instructions and videos) and a method
for tracking injuries, costs, cost savings, time spent on Workouts and
much, much more. E-mail and phone contact is available at all times for
companies that choose the Web option. Access to the Web also allows your
Rossiter administrators and Coaches to continually upgrade their knowledge,
record personal statistics and track progress.
At any time, you
can supplement the Workshop training with on-site training or followup
visits by a Rossiter representative. You, too, can choose on-site training
at any time.
