Powerful Techniques, Learn in Safety, Knowledge & Balance
The Rossiter System is a series of stretching techniques that are grouped by levels, from Level One through Level 10. Everyone starts at Level One and gains knowledge and skills before moving to the next level.

Just as a weight lifter doesn't try for a gold medal his first day of practice, you should also be conservative in your approach to these levels of techniques. Each level leads naturally to the next level, and the skills and knowledge you gain at lower levels are repeated and expanded at higher levels. That's the beauty of the Rossiter System.

Each level is designed to be used at least five times before moving up to the next one. Why? As you get to know your pain better, you'll know which techniques work best. You'll also understand why the techniques are to be used as a system. Don't EVER overuse a single technique. The inherent power of the Rossiter System lies in the balanced use of all the techniques.

As you work with each level of techniques, you get a feel for its uses and limitations. If you bounce around from level to level, however, you won't get the kind of knowledge you want and need. If you master each level progressively, you'll have more useful information and will be able to get rid of your pain easily. You'll have more knowledge to help friends get out of pain, too.

A helpful hint: the key to any successful workout is applying and accepting enough weight -- enough to make the technique difficult but do-able. Most people undergoing a workout don't accept enough weight, and Coaches sometimes back off while applying weight. The goal is to apply and accept weight slowly to handle as much as possible. Doing so almost ensures the success of the use of all techniques at all levels.
